It’s that time again all dues are to be paid by the 31 of May, please see the office as soon as possible to be paid up. Lock-outs will start on June 1st and will incur a $40 late fee to reinstate. The pond is now stocked with fish and this is a catch and release pond; Happy Fishing. We will be painting speed bumps throughout the next couple of weeks so please allow our maintenance crew time to let the fresh paint dry.
