To All Members:
This season was a long one for River Bend Membership Corp! There was a bit of Good and Bad changes. I would like to say that we need to begin this season by reuniting the membership in order to make this and all seasons a success.
We are currently looking for Committee Members for all Committees so we can start planning events for everyone. No more last minute planning. If anyone has any suggestions on events for RBMC please let me or the Office staff know and we will look into it.
The office staff has worked hard on getting mistakes corrected. This has provided a way to get us back on track and make our corporation a success. Let’s all work together and not against each other. From: Office
Another season has come and gone here at River Bend. Some may think when the season is over the work is over, but not for us! It has just begun! Here in the office we are still very much hard at work! We would like to take a moment to let you the members know a little bit of what we do in the off season .So far we have prepared dues, and have received numerous payments, updated each account with the payment and updated each badge. We have also been working on updating collections, in my opinion it is going very well. We are updating all necessary forms and paperwork needed for the 2013 season, such as Season Pass forms, Season Pass Renewal forms, the New Pass Policy books, etc. We are also keeping up with A &E applications that are submitted, and driving through the entire park looking for problems or anything that may need to be fixed or taken care of before the opening of the park for 2013.
As everyone is well aware, there has been a change in the office positions. We are determined to make the upcoming season as pleasant as possible for everyone. If there are any suggestions that may help us help you, please don’t hesitate to let us know! We would like to go into the new season with a clean slate and open minds. We are doing what we can to better your River Bend experience. We are looking forward to another year!

From: Security
It has been a very slow and quiet winter here at River Bend. Spring and open season are quickly approaching. Security along with Office Staff and Maintenance are working hard in preparation for opening day. Along with many changes in the RBMC Pass Policy, we’re currently working on a more efficient pump out sign up system, which will allow the members to sign up by simply scanning their lot pass. Security and park incidents have been extremely minimal this off season and overall the park has been very quiet, with not much traffic at all. Hope everyone is having a wonderful winter and looking forward to another great year at the river!

From: Maintenance
During the 2012-2013 off season, Maintenance has been going through the park block by block performing preventive maintenance on electrical pedestals by opening up each electric box and repairing what needs repaired, cleaned, etc. We have also been going around the park block by block and raising water crocks, replacing any valves that may need replaced.
RBMC has received several properties back in its possession and several that RBMC have owned for a while. We have been going to these lots and cleaning them up, removing old sheds, campers, whatever needs to be done to each lot to help keep the park looking good. With the snow that was received over the holidays, there was of course the snow removal to be taken care of. Along with everyday use of vehicles, there are necessary repairs and maintenance to perform, and also to prepare for open season.
