’ve been a member here at river bend for about 5 years now, one of the last things I imagined was becoming a board member.  I purchased in Riverbend to relax, enjoy myself, and escape the realm of everyday life outside that gate at the guard shack.  This year I elected to contribute my experience to Riverbend and make a difference.  Every time I entered the park, I would here about employees being harassed by members and some directors.  There was no D&O Insurance, the current leadership of the board was non-existent, and the more I started checking into things the worse it got, 2 weeks prior to the election, I sent an email to the Board asking that they refrain from entering the office or have any dealings with any of our employees until after the elections.
