Since June, this Board of directors has conducted itself in a professional manner while keeping the entire membership collectively (all 1674 members) best interests in mind.  The employee morale is at an all-time high, Partnering relationships with both internal and external customers are being developed and strengthened, and networking is being done to insure RBMC is receiving fair and competitive pricing and quality services from outside sources.  Vandalism is down, theft is being controlled, rules, regulations, and policies are being enforced and this is a direct result of accountability and putting measures in place to insure our park is an enjoyable and peaceful safe-haven for all members to enjoy.  Our work is not done, while great strides have been accomplished, there are many more areas that need to be addressed. Our governing documents need strengthened, measures need put in place and incorporated with-in our governing documents to insure RBMC continues to move forward and conducts ourselves in a professional manner regardless who is on the Board!  RBMC sponsored fundraisers need addressed to insure accountability with specific rules in place up to and including legal action taken place if actions warrant it.
