As per the memberships request at the June 2015 annual meeting, this BOD has been tasked with the responsibility of pursuing some other form of management to include but not limited to a property management company, property manager, contractors, etc., and or a combination of all of the above.
Three companies have been interviewed thus far, there are others scheduled as well. We have invited them to the budget meeting to give a brief description of their companies to the members that attend.  This will commence at 11:00 am and complete at 11:30 am. 
 
Prior to any decisions being made with regard to a property management company, this Board of directors will bring forth to the membership, the Pros and Cons along with recommendations, several proposals for different layers/responsibilities of a management company and the membership will be given plenty of notice and voting will occur at a meeting that requires a quorum.
