Out of the 169 upgrades that were to be completed last year, there were only 84 done.  This means that in order to stay on track we must complete the remaining 85 from last year, 168 that is to be completed this year, for a grand total of 253.  Valentine has agreed to drop the price by approximately $100.00 per lot this year over last year, and if we authorize the 253 lots, they will go back to their suppliers and get a bigger price break on bulk purchasing and pass those cost savings on to RBMC.  Chris has reached out to our suppliers for the supplies that we are responsible for and has already been able to negotiate over a $2,000.00 savings just for the pedestals thus far!  Ladies and gentleman, we are on track for great savings and one step closer to a completed electrical upgrade project!  This will all be contingent to available funds!  One last note, Valentine has agreed to sign a contract with a detailed scope of work that is again almost completed, once signed, it will be displayed on the documents section of our website.
