MAINTENANCE
As another season comes to an end, the Maintenance Department would like to thank all the members of the park, family & friends for your continued support throughout the season! We want you to know how much we appreciate your ideas and suggestions to improve our community and for your return next season.
The Maintenance Department will be turning the water off at 2:00pm Monday, November 9th. Please be sure to disconnect your hose bibs, to avoid any back flow when we blow out the water lines. We will be flushing the lines to remove all water from the lines. This is preventive maintenance for cracked lines and damages to the pipes, as the water lines in some areas are not deep enough to escape the freezing temperatures. Please be assured that in all the upgrades, the water lines are buried 36” deep in regulations to avoid any futures occurrences.
The last pump-outs will be on Wednesday November 11th, so if you need your camper serviced please be sure to scan your card for a pump-out before 7:00am Tuesday morning to be put on the pump-out list. If you come into the park on the off season please be sure to take care in traveling the roadways, there may be open roadside trenches, where we will be working on the upgrades along the selected upgrade blocks.
Tip of the week: In winterizing your campers be sure to blow out your water lines and put RV antifreeze into your drain traps and please turn off your breakers are your disconnects.
Again, I want to reinforce how important it is that you remove and clear all your boats, docks, golf carts and miscellaneous items from the roadways and common areas; as we will be plowing and clearing snow from the roadways around the park throughout the winter season as needed.
Thank you again for another great season!
