Property Management Company’s

During the 2015 Annual meeting a motion was made, seconded and passed by the majority of the membership, that the BOD would purse the possibilities of a management company or some other form of management that would limit the liability of the membership. In the last 9 months, we have made noticeable improvements in the way RBMC operates. We have a strong “Organizational Structure” in place which is the beginning foundation of any successful Corporation! But that’s not enough, there are still many areas that need to be explored that will limit the member’s liability and insure RBMC continues to operate in a professional, efficient and cost effective manner! On March 25, 2016 an open bidders meeting was held, we reached out to 11 companies and bids are due back by April 18, 2016. A special meeting will be called in the very near future to present several options for the membership to vote on! As with any membership meeting, it is imperative that you attend to make sure your vote counts!
