Poker runs cannot be sanctioned or promoted by RBMC and or its board of directors. This is absolutely necessary to protect the membership from possible adverse legal actions and possible fines. The RBMC board of directors will not sanction anything that it considers a game of chance or gambling activity of any kind such as "poker runs" Members are encouraged not to hold such events on RBMC common elements. The Board of Directors assumes no liability for what individual members may or may not do in regards to games of chance. Members are solely responsible for their own actions.
