We welcome our newest board member appointee, Mr. Roy Kimmell. This appointment was made during Saturday's July 11, 2015 open board meeting. Mr. Kimmell and his wife joined our membership in 2012 and later purchased a second lot for their children and grandson to visit and enjoy the park. In the 3 years Mr. Kimmell has been a member of this great membership, he has devoted much of his time to the Audit Committee. He served as both as a member and chairman of the Audit Committee. He assisted with the car show event in 2013 and 2014, served on the Fall Fest committee in 2013 and the luau committee in 2014. Some of Mr. Kimmell's other accomplishments he assisted previous BOD's. Most notably by assisting with the preparation of leases for the store, restaurant, lounge and laundry facilities and was extremely helpful with many of their physical improvements. Simultaneously, he continued to devote much time to help with both internal and external customers of RBMC. During open board meetings Mr Kimmell fielded questions and provided much insight on budgeting and finance issues to both the members and BOD. Again lets welcome Mr. Roy Kimmell as he will be a great asset to OUR team of Directors!
