Budget and Finance

The budget meeting is right around the corner, with that being said, Jen, Roy, Peter, employees, BOD and Members as a TEAM are working feverishly in completing the budget in time for the meeting! Now as many members are aware, their has been issues in the past with coding of expenses compared to the budget among other issues. Early in this process we will be involving the very people that are responsible for following and maintaining the budget for proper coding. During this budget process these areas will be looked at as well as all other areas will be scrutinized for any needed improvements and for any needed training which will be provided. This is a great start to staying within the budget and following procedures when it comes to finance and the budget! With that being said, keep your eyes on the home page for updates to newly formed finance committee to include their names and positions.
