“Parental awareness initiative”
 
RBMC wants to do everything in their power to give back to the parents/guardians the opportunity to address issues that arise from their sons or daughters while here at RBMC.  In the event that your son or daughter is found to be in violation of RBMC Policy’s, Rules, and or Regulations, the following form letter will be issued to the parents and or Lot owner (within 1 day of the occurrence)
 
 
Dear RBMC Member,
 
We would like to first say thank you for everything you have done and continue to do as a valued member of RBMC. One of a few initiatives that RBMC is in the process of kicking off, is the "parental awareness" initiative.  Your son or daughter has violated RBMC Policy’s, Rules, and or Regulations. (Please see the attached incident report and warning). We are asking for your help through partnering with RBMC to insure that each and every member has the opportunity to have a safe and enjoyable experience while visiting RBMC.  It is our hopes that you will counsel your son/daughter and explain to them the importance of following the Policy’s, Rules, and or Regulations of RBMC while visiting, this is not only for their safety and enjoyable experience while at RBMC, but for those of theirs fellow members.  Please let them know that continued infractions of this type could result in the loss of privileges, fines and depending on the severity of the issue, banned from the common areas while at RBMC. Thank you in advance for partnering with RBMC to help make everyone’s visit, a safe and enjoyable experience.
