Phase 2 " property identification" initiative.
In the upcoming days and weeks, Security and Representatives from the Traffic and Safety committee will be out looking for proper identification on all golf carts and Mini Bikes, if it’s a representative from the Traffic and Safety committee, they will be identifiable as they will be wearing a florescent vest. They will be looking for the following;
Golf Carts
Lot and Block
If the driver is a minor they will be looking for their golf cart license
Mini Bikes
Lot and Block
Muffler system installed and working (State Law)
Proper head gear if under the age of 18 (State Law)
50 CC or under (if the CC can’t be determined, it will be up to the owner to provide proof, this can be done through the title or a report of the vin number from the manufacturer, the owner will be given 7 days to provide such documentation)
No action will be taken at this time other than a form letter will be given to the rider and a copy will be delivered to the Lot owner within 1 day. The form letter is listed below;

One of a few initiatives that RBMC is in the process of kicking off, is the "property identification" initiative (Phase2). Through partnering together we can assure that each and every member is abiding by both the laws of the state of WV and those policy’s, Rules and Regulations of RBMC.
As a valued member, we have noticed the following areas needing addressed. Please help us to insure that everyone is in compliance with the "property identification” initiative (phase 2). We are asking that as a valued member, you take whatever measures are necessary to become compliant with this initiative within 7 days. Please initial and drop off at the office once completed.
