Pool.
This has been an area of concern since day one, not only have we been faced with the challenges of finding a leak in our Y pool, but issues with cleanliness, contractor performance, Quality control programs, and issues in performing to contractual specifications by both parties has been a great challenge. We held an onsite meeting with Community Pools and RBMC to discuss contractor performance as well as what RBMC responsibilities are, the results of our meeting are listed below;
RBMC will provide 2 chairs as per contract specifications with umbrellas for their pool attendants. RBMC will provide a location for the proper storage of umbrellas, pool cleaning equipment and supplies, so the staff of Community Pools can take down and store said equipment in a way to prevent and protect from premature replacement, this will be done on a daily basis.
Community Pools will utilize a check list provided by contractor on a daily basis, this checklist will be made available to any representative of RBMC at any time for review. RBMC and a designated representative of Community pools will meet weekly to discuss any performance issues associated with the contract.
Roy has reached out to the State of WV to see if we draw a perimeter around the pool, if our members and guests can have beverages behind those lines.
