The 2015 election ushered in new ways of how we as your board of directors can best accomplish our responsibilities for you.  We have examined much and have found many ways to improve our business practices and to meet the needs of all members.  We are not done as new methods are developed which leads us to make additional adjustments for you.  Much of this is only possible because of your willingness to convey your ideas, complaints and criticisms either in person or on our message board.  We have also reviewed the official files and talked with all our employees and will continue to do so.  We've noticed a marked improvement in their morale.
