FACILITIES MANAGEMENT COMPANIES:

We will leave no stone unturned compiling recommendations to be presented to the membership for your approval. These recommendations will be made to the in consideration of each's professionalism, cost effectiveness with the use of sound management practices. To date there have been several meetings with a few prospective companies. Additional meetings will continue to occur with other companies to best meet the needs of the membership. (A list of preferred companies has not been developed.) We are in the process of developing scopes of works and an organizational structure. This is a very complicated process and when the time comes there will be several options made available for the membership to vote on along with pricing and plans of actions to implement when the members decide which will be in the best interest of RBMC.
