NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
of The Membership
River Bend Membership Corporation
 

 
         Pursuant to § 2.2 of the By Laws of the River Bend Membership Corporation, a call for a Special Meeting of the membership has been presented.
         The purpose of the Special Meeting, according to the petition, is whether a violation of § 4.13 - Removal of A Director – has occurred.
         Pursuant to § 2.2 of the By Laws no other matter shall be discussed or voted upon at the Special Meeting.
         The Special Meeting of the membership of the River Bend Membership Corporation shall be Saturday the 17th of October 2015 at 11:00 a.m., at the Lower Meeting Room within the Ranger Station within the community located at 3247 Vineyard Road, Falling Waters (Berkeley County), West Virginia 25419.
